Ina Garten is an acclaimed American cookbook author as well as an Emmy award-winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina started her career in the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policies as well as the budget. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual rigors of her job, but quickly began to lose enthusiasm. Instead, she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. It took her 18 years to make the shop extremely popular prior to selling it before acquiring a pen to begin writing her first book. A number of different cookbooks and magazines were later published. Between them, her Food Network show was also an enormous success. Additionally, she offers everything from equipment to cooking supplies and containers. Ina did not go to a cooking academy and has never had any experience in a restaurant. She's completely self-taught. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining and her easy culinary style is widely known. The most well-known recipes are Skillet - Roasted Lemon Chicken Mac and cheese Mac, Beef Bourguignon and cheese paired with Beatty's Chocolate Cake and Lemon Bars.
