Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and a writer, who has won numerous prizes. Her name is well-known for films like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). The Getaway was released in 1972. New York, she was born and raised into an artistic family. She began working as a photo assistant after that she moved on to modeling and acting. She won her the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being an aspiring young actor. MacGraw became a household name after the 1970 hit film Love Story. She was nominated for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. In just three films, she received the title of top female debut at the box office around the globe. The handprints of her signature, as well as footprints were made in 1972 at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Her other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, the miniseries on TV The Winds of War and others. Moving Pictures, a 1991 autobiography, of hers was released. MacGraw has married thrice.
